Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Within India, we offer free shipping on all orders.
- For international orders, we charge a standard delivery charge of INR 8500 or $100.
- We do not provide cash on delivery for clients outside India.
- If dispatch or delivery is delayed due to variables beyond our control, we will keep clients informed throughout the process.
- In the event that the client is unable to accept the delivery of the goods, RIANTA'S reserves the right to charge the client for any additional shipping costs at its discretion.
- For Indian clients, product prices include all applicable taxes and duties.
- For international clients, the prices indicated are exclusive of any import duties, as we export garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
- The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes in their country.
- RIANTA'S may employ third-party facilities such as Stripe, Paypal, etc., for payments, and the transactions are regulated by their respective terms and conditions.
- While employing any of the payment methods provided by team RIANTA'S, please keep in mind that RIANTA'S is not accountable or responsible in any way for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following:
- Lack of authorization for any transactions
- Or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Banks”
- Or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reasons.
- At RIANTA'S, we do not endorse any return or exchange policy, whether for domestic or international orders, including on/off-the-rack pieces and made-to-order items.
- We do accommodate exceptional cases under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Garment: If the garment ordered from RIANTA'S is not received in good condition, that is, it is damaged or defective.
- Irreversible Issue: If the garment has an irreversible issue in comparison to the client's standards, such as size, fabric covering, color mismatch, length issue, etc.
- Delivery Delay: If there has been an uninformed, overstretched delay in delivery from our end with no previous communication to the client regarding the altered date.
In such cases, we would do our utmost to resolve any issues. Clients can get in touch with us over a call, Whatsapp us during business hours, and also share their grievances over email. The shared email should clearly state the client issues along with reference images of the problematic areas in the garment within 24 hours of receiving the garment.
The client can send the outfit back only when he/she has received confirmation regarding the same from Team RIANTA'S. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted, and clients will be held responsible for organizing and arranging the pickup of any items sent without prior notice. While returning the outfit please ensure that the returned merchandise should be in its original state, that is, it should be unused, and properly sealed in its original packaging. Once the garment is received please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected garment lies with the RIANTA'S Team. This decision shall be based on the communicated timelines and quality of the returned garment.
Also, in case Team RIANTA'S approves the return and/or exchanges, a credit note with a maximum validity of 6 months, can be availed even during sale time, redeemable only at www.riantas.com. It should be noted that we do not offer any returns or exchanges on discounted outfits. Also, all issued credit notes are exclusive of any applicable shipping duties or tax amounts. These credit notes are issued for the MRP amount only.

Cancellation
Customers have the facility of cancelling purchases and claiming a refund within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We would not cater to any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase and we will not be responsible/liable to any claim for a refund. In case, the cancellation request gets approved, our team will form a “credit note” which will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. It should be noted that the credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. Also, in the case of changing the order, the customer will have to bear the price difference of the revised order. This price difference shall be paid before updating the order. In a situation where the price of the new order will be lesser than the original one, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount that could be availed by the client within a communicated stipulated time period.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India
