Indeed, the phrase 'leap of faith' must have left an indelible imprint on Rianta's mind as she made the courageous decision to leave behind her amazing job at an MNC and go for an MBA in Fashion Marketing.
Before embarking on her own entrepreneurial journey, Rianta spent considerable time immersing herself in the business aspects of the fashion world. She undertook various roles, gaining invaluable insights into fashion business management, which would later guide her in establishing her brand.

In 2018, Rianta launched her eponymous fashion label, "Rianta's," with a distinctive focus on luxury bridal wear, Specializing in couture gowns and bridal wear, Rianta effortlessly blends innovative designs with timeless elegance, creating collections that celebrate modern women and inspire confidence. Her love for pearls, attention to detail, and meticulous craftsmanship are evident in every piece she creates, resulting in garments that embody grace and sophistication.

Among Rianta's notable achievements are her five major collections. The "Marjorie" and "Nayaab" collections, in particular, have garnered widespread acclaim, becoming her best-selling lines to date. These collections exemplify her signature style—an innovative blend of pastel hues and intricate detailing that continues to captivate her audience.
