Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS:

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Within India, we offer free shipping on all orders.
  • For international orders, we charge a standard delivery charge of INR 8500 or $100.
  • We do not provide cash on delivery (COD).
  • 6 weeks for minimum delivery time and 6 months maximum delivery time.
  • If dispatch or delivery is delayed due to variables beyond our control, we will keep clients informed throughout the process. 
  • In the event that the client is unable to accept the delivery of the goods, RIANTA'S reserves the right to charge the client for any additional shipping costs at its discretion.

TAXES AND DUTIES:

  • For Indian clients, product prices include all applicable taxes and duties.
  • For international clients, the prices indicated are exclusive of any import duties, as we export garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes in their country.

PAYMENTS:

  • RIANTA'S may employ third-party facilities such as Stripe, Paypal, etc., for payments, and the transactions are regulated by their respective terms and conditions.
  • While employing any of the payment method(s) provided by RIANTA'S team, please keep in mind that RIANTA'S is not accountable or responsible in any way for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following:
  • Lack of authorization for any transaction(s)
  • Or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and your bank(s)
  • Or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason(s).
